Now while it may not be the fault of Movado, I still have no received my replacement order. The first order was received within on day. It has now been over a week and I still don't have my mother's birthday gift.

I paid for a gold Heritage Series Circa $1,095 and the watch shipped as a gift to another state was a watch that cost $480.60 less. Great brand and amazing quality but check on your gifted items. Can you imagine if I was never sent a thank you picture.

Love the look of the bracelet. However the second day I wore it it, one end got stuck in the shirt and it bent. So now there’s a bend in it and it will probably break if it happens again. Wish it were more sturdy. Even if it were more expensive but a better quality, I would buy it.

Still have not received my order....

I returned a watch using their label and it was not received. They would not refund me...simple, black and white...We don't have the watch, you don't get a refund. It took over 30 days for my credit card company to get the refund.
