Disappointing

The band is very thin and it’s extremely light, feels cheap. It’s also very stiff and sits crooked on my wrist. I would return, but I don’t trust sending back a $900 watch. It will sit in the draw and probably not get worn. The 2 positives are the case is very shiny and it’s automatic so If I don’t wear it for years it should still work.

Watch doesn’t work

Received my husbands Christmas gift: a BOLD watch. Doesn’t work. He wore it out on Christmas Day and the time didn’t move. Have emailed customer service and haven’t heard back. This is the second movado watch that wasn’t working properly. The first needed to be sent away and was a huge hassle to get it fixed. Movado doesn’t make the watch properly and then the customer has to do the leg work to rectify the issue. Won’t be buying again.
