Watch is fine but it does not look as nice in person as it does on your website. The only reason that I am keeping it is because it was on sale. Otherwise I would be returning it.

Sehr schöne Uhr Wir haben die in der Schweiz hergestellte Uhr auf der Schweizer Internetseite (Movado. ch) zum Schweizer Preis, inkl. VAT, bestellt. Mit gratis Lieferung. Wir sind von einer Lieferung in der Schweiz ausgegangen. Kein Hinweis für Lieferung aus der USA. Wir mussten Infos für die Verzollung einsenden. Keine Angaben, ob noch Gebühren für Bearbeitung, Zoll oder sogar VAT anfallen oder nicht. Es sollte bei der Bestellung klar angegeben werden, dass die Uhr aus den USA geliefert wird mit klarem Hinweis ob mit oder ohne weiteren Kosten.

Ordered black watch and received navy blue . Birthday gift on hold. Not happy.

On the Movado site, there is a Movado Face watch that is white and metallic blue metal base and buckle. After I ordered the watch, and it arrived, the watch received was white with a black metal base and buckle?!? Although, the model/serial number is the same as the blue and white Face watch advertised, It is clearly not the same watch as shown on the website.? I will return it for a refund, but still don't have the watch I initially ordered/wanted? 😕

The watch band is huge & does not fit, very disappointed & will return the watch
