The watch is gorgeous and exceeded mine and my son’s expectations; however, I paid for overnight shipping and the watch arrived a week later. 😞 It was a graduation gift that I wanted to present to my son to wear at his graduation ceremony. The only reason I ordered from your site was because you offered overnight shipping and it would get to me in plenty of time for graduation. This did not happen. And, unfortunately, the week long stress I endured trying to locate the watch plus the disappointment of not having my son’s gift to present to him on graduation day clouded the beauty and quality of the watch I ordered. I did call and speak to a customer service representative with Movado (4 days after the watch was supposed to arrive) and he was lovely and very professional and courteous and offered me a 10% discount on the watch. Which I very much appreciate. But I most likely will not order directly from Movado again after this experience.

The watch is clearly green in the pics you post online and the sole reason for buying that particular watch. It looks deep brown/black so I called in to verify I was sent the correct watch and she assured me I was. She was very nice. She let me know that the picture is taken in perfect lighting. I felt duped.

I had to return first watch due to poor fit. 2nd order did not let me use a discount. Not happy about that

Movado continues to be my favorite but feeling like the quality is taking a dip. Can compare ones I've had for 3 to 20 years next to one just purchased and there's definitely a difference in weight, precision of workmanship, etc. I'll still be a fan but branching out to other manufacturers.

Hello, I bought this bracelet for my daughter for her upcoming wedding. The quality was very disappointing especially for the high price of $417. 00. It did not feel like sterling silver in weight and the 14k gold covering was very brassy looking. Also, the clasp was very tiny compared to the photos. I have returned for a refund but have not yet received it.
