Beautiful watch clasp is messed up after 3 weeks

do not understand what I am reviewing no explanation here I returned watch I received a few days ago I ordered watch because I thought lost I my watch but I found the watch so returned recent watch I ordered

The watch face is beautiful but the band feels cheap maybe it needs to be worn in. The box it came in is underwhelming the watch was bouncing around in its box

i love the watch. not so much the clasp. difficult to use and afraid will not hold and will lose the watch

Though, the site was easily navigated, the card was not delivered or included in the Father’s Day Present.
