I love your commitment to ethics and sustainability, I love your selection (except more slim fits would be nice!), and I especially love your patterns. But I ordered six short-sleeve button-up T&C shirts (five from you and one from REI) and every single one was either too big, too long, or too drab. Your patterns are great but the colors were so dull and disappointing. More slim fits, shorter shirts (looks better untucked when the front hem doesn't completely cover my crotch), and vivid colors that match the excitement and uniqueness of your cool patterns would make me want to buy from you! Thanks!

I ordered a package almost three weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. I am trying to be patient but without shipping status updates it seems like my package hasn’t been accepted at the original facility yet.

I am a very loyal toad and co customer. I have purchased your products thru your website and REI for many years. My past few orders have been delayed due to the usps shipping. My current order was placed on July 11th and as of today, July 31 I have not received my order. There needs to be an alternate choice to usps because they are not delivering your orders in a timely manner. When I reached out to customer service I was told they could recall the order but the items were no longer in stock and I couldn’t get them. My only option is to wait and put in a claim with usps. I’m very disappointed.

your website is slow slow slow and confusing to boot. It feels like you have tried to improve it but please keep working to better it. It is a real shame because of your great product.
