The website has problems with ordering. Doesn't always work efficiently.

I have ordered clothes directly from your site twice and was sent the wrong clothes twice. Then I had to contact you for a refund that was not given several weeks after I returned the clothes.

Package arrived damaged. Certainly not because of toad and co. However, the customer service regarding return was abysmal.

This fleece sheds all over everything unwearable- i would like to return it but I threw away packaging. This is not the quality I have in the two fleeces I bought 5 yrs ago still wearing and never had any problems
