I'm a happy repeat customer to Toad.com and push my friends there as often as possible. I applaud you for going paperless - no catalogues. My one caveat is that sometimes the website goes on the fritz or I can't access my account easily.

I was so excited for my order, when I clicked on the final step for payment something went wrong. I waited a bit to see if my order went through, I never got a confirmation email. So I contacted customer service. Shortly after contacting them I had everything figured out plus a % off my order just because the troubles I had when originally checking out. They were super helpful, kind, and understanding. When I got my items delivered I could not have been more pleased! I love my Sherpa vest, I have gotten tons of compliments on it and it is truly warm! Living in the Midwest you never know how the weather is going to be from on hour to the next so layering the vest with the shirt jacket has been my fall jams! I look forward to having more sustainable clothing from Toad & Co in my closet soon!
