Decline in fabric quality

I have several T&C dresses, a couple shirts and a chaka skirt that I have purchased over the last 7ish years, and I love them. This year, however, I have returned a dress and a skirt in the same (skirt) or similar (dress) styles to items I already own because the quality of the fabric seems to have gone significantly downhill--the knit is thinner and feels like the items would have been worn out after a few washes. I also did not realize that returns are for store credit, rather than a refund, so now I'm stuck trying things until I find something I like.

Website is overly frustrating.

The website isn't helpful - I don't like seeing every color of a particular item as a separate thumbnail - it means more scrolling and makes it harder to find what I'm looking for. The fact that there are multiple colors or a particular item can be indicated less intrusively. Then, when I click on an item I think I might like, the thumbnails are out of control - they seem to scroll without my wanting them to, and always seem to click back to the beginning. I want to be able to stop that incessant movement so that I can actually decide on a color and style.

The products you feature in

The products you feature in emails do not immediately come up when clicked. It's annoying when you are looking for a specific style or item then have to search for pages. Also, I used to regularly purchase from Toad and Co. Now I rarely see new styles or fabrics. It seems it's mostly the same old thing, over and over.

I returned this as the fit was not quite right on me, a little big and boxy up top. I ordered a medium, my usual size.

I sent back 2 packages both of which reached the return address. I have only received credit for one. I have disputed the charge.
