I dropped my phone ONCE and it cracked my screen through their "indestructible" screen protector. I contacted customer service and was told that everyone's phone reacts differently. WOW. I asked for a refund since they won't repair my screen and instead they offered store credit. As if I would purchase another product from them after this experience! I am now back to my glass screen protector & SUPER HAPPY! Thanks for not making it "simple" Simply Carbon Fiber.

Purchased the screen protector for my iPhone XS Max only to have it accidentally fall off a milk crate and get hit and crack at the top where the screen protector doesn’t cover... needed to say I’m out of pocket $500 and bought a screen protector that wasn’t fit for its purpose! Fail!

They responded to an issue via what seems like a robot repsonse and won't call me. I respond to their emails but they act like they don't get them. I'd never buy from them again.

Very pathetic service. False commitment. Shameful.

Purchased a product and the only thing I received was an email confirming my purchase and my bank acct acknowledging they charged me already. The only thing I didn’t receive was my order. It took for me to continue to reach out to them for me to find out that the shipping company “lost” my package( even tho no initial tracking number was provided. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company!!!
