Terrible company

Lost my first order. Shipped my replacement order to the wrong address. Don't do business with this company. Terrible would be a understatement.

Poor service

I was told the item was shipped and waited a few days. I had to reach out to them to find out what the issue was. Was told a bunch of lies about it being back ordered. They just simply never shipped it and wouldn't have until i reached out to them. Was never offered any resolution and it was just dismissed as business as usual. Will not buy from again. Case isnt worth the price.

Horrible Product Stick to Otterbox

The cover did not stay. Product was flimsy. The customer service was questionable. Wouldn’t refund buy money until I said I would report it as fraud. Still waiting on. My refund to be processed.

Bad service

I ordered many cases and told everyone about this product however i bought 2 cases and one turned out to be more expensive than the other when it shouldnt of have, and guess what? I didnt even recieve it. Thank you for ripping me off.

Customer Service and Quality Control get a failing grade from me

With all the glowing reviews I had seen, I was looking forward to having this screen protector on my Galaxy S9 Plus... The pair of protectors arrived pretty quick and they both looked good but I was too busy with work, kids, etc. Took a while before I had a chance to sit down and take the time to install it. When I finally had time, the protective film on "Side 1" stuck a little too much to the protector. Peeling it off caused some stretches and wrinkles. Totally unacceptable to leave on once installation was complete. I took it off and threw it in the trash. No worries, there's a second protector. I have another shot at this.. Second one went on fine but when it came time to peel off "Side 2", the actual screen protector peeled off with it! Again, the film was too stuck onto the protector. Of course, this caused warping and a few specks of dust managed to stick to the underside of the protector. I've installed many screen protectors over the years and when I do it I don't accept any blemishes or air bubbles. I put them on flawlessly or the process was a failure. This was not my fault. So now screen number two is also a wash. Into the trash with it, too. I sent customer service a quick message explaining my experience with the thought that what's done is done. I'm out some cash and now have to look for a new screen protector. Even told them that I threw their junky product in the trash. A few days later I get a message from "Kim" asking for pictures of the problem. I repeated in my reply that I threw the screens away and garbage pickup was the next day. They're in a landfill now.. Next day I get a response from Kim saying I can send the screens back to them for a refund or replacement, as long as I have the original packaging... She either hasn't read a word I've written or she doesn't understand what she reads. Both replies from her seemed to be template responses that they send anyone who contacts customer service. Very frustrating. Even if I still had the screens, I wouldn't spend more of my time and money sending them back. Especially after this. My regard for this company is probably the lowest for any company I've ever done business with. Congrats Simply Carbon Fiber! Quite an achievement! Oh, aside from the problems I had with both screen protectors, how did they fit? After lining up the ear speaker and sensor holes with my phone, pretty good... on the top and sides. I noticed that a bit of the bottom portion of my screen would be unprotected.
