Not recieved the product

Haven’t received it and ordered it on dec 15

I was a previous customer and was very happy with my purchase so I returned after upgrading my phone, but the quality has changed for the worse. I'm very disappointed in the fit and quality.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. You all run scams not offering a legitimate return policy- all ethically sound companies do. It wasn’t like I used any of the products I wanted to return- I got one of the three orders, realized it didn’t meet my expectations and you sent the other two orders despite my request you to cancel them. Then you stated I can’t return them. You guys are absolutely crooks- you know you sell garbage which is why your unethical “return policy”. I’ll never deal with you guys again. Ever. And I’ll be sure to share my experiences with you on social media/YouTube/ iPhone forums so other people may be warned what they’re dealing with should they consider your subpar products.
