The standard shipment is suck

This was my third SCF phone case purchase, as I've loved the previous two. The difference this time is that I have not received the product and have been receiving spotty feedback from SCF as to what is going on with this order and how to resolve. it. SCF claims the item shipped, but the shipping carrier claims they never received this parcel to ship. So I'm stuck in the middle being out the money and having no product. Have requested cancellation of the order and refund, but have not received response from SCF yet. I understand the shipping situation is nuts these days, but at this point the product appears to be MIA and I would have expected the vendor to be a little more proactive seeking a resolution on this one.
