My parcel never arrived. I contacted the courier and was told a parcel was never shipped by voda swim so I emailed voda about my parcel not arriving and asked voda to contact the courier. I did not get a reply back from voda.

Very slow service. I paid in dollars online and shipping to the UK. The products are really very expensive and then they were exposed to UK import tax which I guess is fair but I certainly wasn’t expecting. It was absolutely massive. Overall these items could be made of gold. You should just open a store in the UK or UK website.

I ordered the textured sporty top. Firstly there is bunching/folding in the fabric which was not depicted on the website description or model photos. Sizing: I went a size down, I’m a 30DDD/32DD and size recommended was an XL but I went down a size concerned about spacing. The L was still way too far apart it doesn’t cover *key* parts of the breast. Customer service is unresponsive.

Still not yet received my order after 2.5 months..

I ordered my top and it took a week to ship it, AFTER I contacted them multiple times to inquire on it. Yiu can't contact them via phone call. You can just email them and wait to get a reply whenever they feel like it. There is no manager etc to escalate your complaint to either. Horrible! Wish in store shopping would come back.
