Paid for premium shipping 10$, they sent the package via some weird service. Estimated arrival is August 1. Will never purchase anything from them again. Charging the card back for the shipping.

This is a scam company. They do not respond to emails and pretend to offer returns but when you go to get your $150 dollars back on a swim suit that does not fit and was just delievred, they do not ship you a legitimate shipping label and they have no way to contact them with a phone number. I sent them 15 emails and they never responded back. I am contacting the better business bureau and disputing this with my card company. This is a fraud site, please do not get scammed like I have. No way to get a refund on my $150, just outrageous and WRONG!

I have ordered the serum suit on may 1st. It’s may 28th and I never received the package. The status update of the package just stayed the same since may 8th. I have no idea where the package went and no notification of anything for the whole month.
