Very bad Business Ethics . They charge for your retuned item and the customer has to return the item on their expenses to a location that tChrome Industries will dictate not in your Neighbourhood !!!!

I don't want your stupid 10% coupons for your products. I'm not sure I'd even accept free product with your silly logo on it. I'm so baffled how your brand has such a positive reputation among "real" riders. 2/3 items I bought are downright disappointing, regardless of price point. PI makes better gloves. SealSkinz makes better gloves. Specialized made better midweight gloves 12 years ago. Timbuk2 doesn't have the backpack aesthetics you do, but faaahk, your Bravo 3.0 (at 40% off MSRP) turned me into a Timbuk2 loyalist... probably permanently. Send me some free product and I'll give you real, practical advice about design flaws and shortcomings. Until then, keep your silly coupons to yourself.

Won't buy anymore, neither recommend Chrome.
