Great until my last order which was never fulfilled. I received an order confirmation number and was expecting a shipping date and nearly a week later got an email informing me my order was canceled. No effort to correct your mistake. You lost a customer due to awful customer service.

I emailed about a return and haven’t heard back.

Chrome misrepresented their ability to facilitate the importing of the gloves into Argentina. Despite having paid an additional $40+ to ensure swift and smooth importing and delivery of the product, the product was held up by import customs in Argentina, and the local DHL Argentina office attempted to charge (again) for the cost of importing the product. Completely unsatisfactory service delivery by Chrome.

Shipment return costs at my expenses!

Yes shipping is the worst I ever incountered yes they don't tell you about the border taxes and fees ... this is a shame I couldn't recommend this compagnies to anyone.....
