Website is not set up for smart phones. Only worked once I moved to the PC. Otherwise very good, relatively quick international delivery, especially given the current shipping issues.

Prior products died, no help with issues of quality or wear, or loyalty. This isn’t the Chrome I bought from before. It’s a Nike or Adidas or whatever.

Shipping was very quick, however pay the duty charge because Chrome uses DHL for delivery, which is notorious for adding outrageous extra fees, that are totally fraudulent and scandalous, as reported on by the CBC. I would have given five stars, but because they use DHL, in spite of all of the problems people have had with the company in Canada, I have only given three. I would strongly encourage Chrome to switch to another delivery company that has more integrity and treats its customers fairly and respectfully.

I was very disappointed when I reached out to Chrome Industries re: your discount when signing up only to find out -- when you actually applied it to reduce the price of a $100 item . . . it wiped out the free shipping. This is a "bate and switch" plain and simple. The customer service response was the worst I have seen in some time.
