Overall quality not there for the price and having to shell out money to ship back didn’t feel right to me.

Poor customer service. Grayson should also have weight/sizing above 200 to make it accessible size wise for a wider variety of people.

Comments in review. I tried to exchange my shirt for a smaller size. It looked like a return process. I went in today and was notified the 30 day return timeframe had expired. I am sure there was a notice regarding returns when i purchased. I am looking to exchange. Sorry, in retrospect I will go to Anrhropologie - easier process.

Cannot believe this sale item cannot be exchanged or returned.

Terrible customer service. I'll never buy from them again.
