The sizing was very hard to determine. The size 1 was so small, when I raised my arms the sleeves came up way over my wrists. I ordered the next size up and it was so big I was swimming in the shirt. I did not like that the buttons did not go all the way to the neck. It felt like a "V" neck shirt, which was not what I was looking for in a plaid shirt.

Awful. Please contact me. I want my money back, or an exchange.

19 days ago I received a message saying my return had been received. No refund has been issued yet. This seems like an abnormally long time to refund.

The time it takes to issue a refund is hideous. Would not purchase direct again, I left this experience feeling punished. Definitely loss in brand sentiment.
