Unable to cancel order - now waiting ages for my refund

Dreadful service so far Three faulty pairs and I’m still waiting for a resolution for the last pair received 27th April. Emailed several times, still waiting….

I ordered two pairs of trainers that did not fit. I returned them immediately and was told that I would have to wait until April 24th to confirm a refund …. I’m still waiting.
