Still waiting for refund after returning items over 2 weeks ago

Leather is so stiff and hard with absolutely no give it was painful to get them on

Website hard to navigate, customer service crap, not interested when a refund/return is required.

Customer services made out that the soles were grey because they get dirty!

The insole was really nice and thickly cushioned however the heal area was not as comfortable and rubbed . I know this shoe would cause awful blisters after a short wear . I also didn’t like the style as much maybe as I am used to a more platform trainer . I do want an easy to wear and comfy everyday trainer shoe that is more practical than the platform which can often be heavy. I just felt for the price these did not quite hit the mark as well as the discomfort on the heel I believe the marketing is over hyped for the actual product. Finally communication once I returned the items was awful! I have never in all my years of ordering on line received such an email that almost felt accusatory when a company had received had received my items back into their possession. I am super diligent in repackaging and returning the same or next day . So to receive an email such as the one sent out I was flabbergasted and the the lack of customer service this showed has lost you any future custom or recommendations. Chasing your refund is never good!!
