Awaiting refund for far too long

Still waiting for my refund!

I returned both pairs of trainers I ordered as one was too big and the other too small. Sans Matin emailed me to confirm they had received them and said they would process my refund. That was a month ago and I am still £234. 40 out of pocket. No response as yet to my follow up emails. Be better Sans Matin

Despite advertising free returns it cost me £3. 95 . Only free if returned to shop. Returned same day and two weeks later still waiting for my refund

Really bad fitting shoes, even worse customer service. Returns process super slow. Over 2 weeks in and apparently could take at least 2 more weeks!
