Sans Matin - UK

The shoes I purchased are damaged. The rubber sole has come away from the leather with just one wear.

Not as advertised

Still chasing a refund that has been promised 5 times now. It's crazy Sans Matin think this is acceptable - or legal.

One of the shoes arrived with a defect—leather was pulled, creating crinkles and a visible mark. Despite this, I still had to pay a handling fee, which felt unfair. The shoes were also too roomy, so overall quite disappointing.

Goods returned and received back at Sans Matin on 7th April. As of today - 29 April, I’ve had no refund and sent at least 5 emails but being ignored. Terrible service.
