Returned two pair trainers and only credited for one. Still waiting for response.

I returned these shoes a week ago … can’t comment on the shoes but for the price you were charging I expect a better service … your process is not keeping up with what is actually happening

Terrible communication. Poor quality. Took over a month to arrive. Awaiting refund.

I returned the shoes well within the return window and in perfect condition. Despite assurances the refund will be issued immediately, I’m still waiting nearly 4weeks later. Do not buy from this company if you expect to be able to return for a refund.

The shoes look lovely and are nicely packaged but they don't fit. The first return for a size down was fine. The replacements do not fit either and I want to return for a refund but the return portal is not working for me and customer service is slow to respond, takes days to reply. . . poor customer service
