Awful service , I have been trying to return an item it’s was in normal time frame for a return , I have now sent at least 5 emails to use the returns portal , each time there is a problem on company’s site , after third email they sent a returns label which DHL said isn’t valid , I have since sent many emails to explain but no one is listening , mean time I am stuck with a £225 that haven’t got enough support in them for and can’t wear them . So if in doubt I would not purchase as this has been a nightmare for me .

Very difficult to get hold of customer service. I’ve been trying to return my shoes to change them for another size, but I cannot get a return code that works at the post office.

Poor service didn't respond to any of my messages and these come up a lots smaller than other pairs I've bought from you in the same size.
