The online returns portal was

The online returns portal was not functioning when I tried. Team eventually got back to me and suggested it wasn’t Sans Matin with the problem .. as it had worked for them first time. Both QR code scan and website had an issue.. which took two emails to get a link. Not impressed! Item now returned.

I ordered these as a birthday present for me. They were too big and far too wide for my feet. I returned them on the 2nd September and have not heard anything since.

Still waiting for refund

I ordered shoes on 14 July, order number SM21084, and received around 17 July - which was speedy delivery. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit/suit me and had to return. Which I did quickly and I received an email on 22 July confirming my return had been received. Then on Sunday 11 August I received an email to say that the refund had been made, but still have not received the refund and today is Tuesday 13 August.
