Sans Matin - UK

Please advise as to when I can expect to receive a size 5 to see if they fit better. Thanks.

I love how the trainers look like, but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever had. Size 4 is too small, size 5 is big, I have blisters and experiences a lot of pain wearing Sans Matin. :-( I sent an email and the customer service wasn’t helpful at all.

Return process is extremely slow.

The trainers were not white as they appeared on the website - they were almost cream colour and they were so uncomfortable I couldn’t walk in them. I returned them on the day they arrived. I had receipt of my return confirmed by Sans Matin 23 days ago and I still have not received the refund into my bank.

Quick delivery. Gorgeous trainers but unfortunately too tight / small. Returned immediately. Received an email confirming receipt of package and that I would receive a refund within 5 working days. That was 19 February. Still waiting…
