Returns are long and not easy

The shoes look much better in the online images than in the flesh. The laces are bright white but the shoes are a dull white so looks mismatched. Shoes were returned on 6 Feb and and received by SM on 10 Feb… now 18 Feb and still no refund - apparently it can take 14 days, which seems unreasonably slow?

Disappointed with trainers , and they received the returned items on the 4 th sept , and have to wait 14 days for refund , it’s wey to long , when other companies can refund you straight away !
