Very disappointed with the restocking fee, when I see free returns I don’t expect to get a hidden charge. Yes the detail was in the small print but it seems underhand. The show didn’t suit me so I’m out of pocket. I also had to raise a complaint to to get a rudimentary for the cleaning products that I needed to return (they were bought specifically for the shoes) Got a partial refund for both in the end but I won’t buy from them again.

Disappointed with the restocking fee and I had to raise a complaint to get a refund for the cleaning kit I ordered to go with the shoes. Again £2. 50 was taken off for restocking.
