Too heavy. Not comfortable to wear. Too hot. Unfortunately won’t work for our office. Very good quality Just too “well made”

Overall these face masks are okay. The top strap slides down my head regardless of how tight I tie it. I wouldn't recommend for certain head shapes ;(

The website could be more user friendly to people with low vision. The Love41 font in particular is a bit difficult to read. Color contrast could be better too. I love Saddleback and hope all the designs last forever so I can eventually buy them all.

Constantly get message saying site is down for maintenance. Get around it by using incognito mode in Chrome.

I wasn’t satisfied that I was not able to pay via PayPal even though it was offered as an option. When I wrote to Dave/Saddleback 3 times, no one ever responded. So not a good experience.
