As it used to be. Very very disappointed

The sight seems to have been plagued by issues for years and for an internet based company this is not good for the long term. Items seem to disappear without warning and I faced a rather embarrassing situation at the reunion over a credit card decline with both Amex and Visa. Both institutions confirmed they had no outage and my credit was in excellent standing. Customer Service had to find a work-around (PayPal) but not a good customer experience at all. I recommend a trust-worthy 3rd party consultant be brought in and the hiring of some exceptional talent to manage the IT infrastructure.

Nice leather. Poor design. Not what I expected from the pictures

The order was wrong and I emailed three times to get it corrected with no response. While I love their products, their customer service is horrible. Will not buy from them again.

Posted wrong image of item in Dave's Deals. Did not receive the item I wanted based I what I saw. Item was expensive and had to return, SBL made me pay for shipping for return when it was their mistake to begin with.
