Magento_Saddleback Leather

I have purchased Saddleback Leather products for the last 10 years. I used to really enjoy the quality of the leather. However I am one of those that does not appreciate the leather changes throughout the years. Because of this reason I have collected only old Saddleback Leather stuff and do not own any new products. I would happily return and buy many more products if the leather was the same quality and consistency of the original family owned company and not the corporate conglomeration that it has become.

Great products, I’ve bought a few. However have a real problem checking out over Christmas, couldn’t log in, had to pay as a guest, then no confirmation email, tried to call customer service, rang and rang and... I did receive the product and it was great. Products always 5 stars, online experience 2.5 stars. Not complaining, just giving feedback.

If you type in water bag, it shows 124 results. You click on it ,it shows 2 options. You never feel like you’re getting the full story on the website. You’ve got 3 options of water bag? Show the 3 on one page and that’s it. Choose color, size pay and your done. Website is confusing.

There's one thing about your site that kinda disturbs me. Sometimes, when I go to the home page, up at the top it'll show someone's name I never heard of, then ask, "Not you?" or something like that. It's happened to me at least a few times. Makes me wonder if someone's seeing "Helen Stanford' on their computer.

The site is ok. I have received what I’ve ordered, but the descriptions could use some work. Often times they are outdated, reflecting old or discontinued sizes, or the description will apply to a different product in the line. It should be someone’s job to regularly audit the descriptions. I’ll do it for a free iPhone 11 case...just sayin’
