Love41 website is super easy to navigate. Have a little trouble finding women’s products on SBL website due to it’s focus on the guys.

The site has come a long way. It works well. Only issue I see is when I check on my orders it never states anything other than pending. Even with the ones that are already delivered. Thank you.

I have many of your bags and accessories in several colors and find the quality and usefulness very good. My only complaint has to do with the handles on some of the bags. The handles on the the flight bag, the "baby beast" and the doctor's bag are excellent. They fit nicely in the hand and are comfortable. The handles on the front pocket briefcase and the side pocket duffle bags are wide and flat and do not fit the hand very comfortably. It they were more rounded or padded they might fit better. Nevertheless, I love my bags, switch styles and colors to meet my day to day needs (and moods!) and always enjoy you new models.

Disclaimer* this is not a review of saddleback products which are stellar. The site needs a little help. Images and content are great and helpful, but layout, purchasing, navigation all need a little help. It can actually be pretty difficult to find what you need.
