Love the website. It definitely had some issues at the first change over, but most of that seems to be worked out. Love the way the products are categorized. One thing I do not like, I am a DCB guy. When I throw something in my cart the text for the item description shows DCB, but the photo shows tobacco. It’s a bit unsettling when making a purchase. But “you” have never failed me. :-)

Nice products but had to return do to the wrong size,

The only issue I had was I didn’t receive confirmation of my order r a order number. I sent a email and received what I needed. Great gift, my husband loves the wallet!

Great case for my iPhone X. A bit rough around the edges but it all blends eventually as it wears in.

Products are 5 star. The support has declined a bit. The support staff is as friendly, polite and folksy as ever. However, it seems as though the return process is not as streamlined and efficient as it used to be. I had to return a product recently. Took 2x to call in to get this is motion, and I still haven't received the credit back 10 days after the returned product was received at your offices. I'm still a huge fan but the customer friendly culture seems to have become a bit "corporate". Not sure if this is due to the popularity of your products/managing the growth or some consultant giving well-intended advice. Hope that helps. Larry Dexter
