Great communication & quality. Gave as gift and only negative was that card compartments were tight and difficult to retrieve credit cards from smoothly. Hopefully over time these will loosen up.

Like my new Hogsback drawstring bag as well as my other Saddleback products, but I must say I am disappointed that you have to spend a certain amount to get the keychains. Like the nifty Hogsback keychain my wife luckily got with her bag, for me to find out that I did not get one because I didn’t spend enough.

Extremely high quality phone case and such a fun but classy and subtle way to dress up your phone. My one issue is the cut of the case is just a little off around the front and camera. Nothing major just noticeable on close inspection where the camera isn’t centered entirely in the cutout and parts of the front of the case aren’t quite lined up as neatly as I’d typically desire. Also I noticed a small mistake on one of the cuts in the corners where it wasn’t cut as far as the others and there was slight fraying that happened (although I easily took care of the fraying myself and that area is fine now). Overall it’s a great case with some minor issues on my particular unit, however those issues are purely cosmetic and honestly just a testament to how these are truly handcrafted. The quirks don’t feel like a result of carelessness, just humanity and when it comes down to it that’s the appeal of handmade products, especially leather.

Quality of products are great, but had some difficulty with the return process and was not expecting to pay for return shipping.
