Ordered a backpack and was disappointed. Color was different than computer image, smaller than expected and not worth what I paid for it!!

overall like your bag, but just a couple items for feedback. the charcoal black is really just charcoal, i think black is misleading. i was looking for a black backpack, since i'm in the military, and this is lighter than i was hoping for. additionally, not sure where the "water repellent neoprene" is on the bag, but the bag itself is not at all water repellent, if you can figure out a way to make it more water repellent, the bag would be that much better. i had to walk home in the rain the other day (with an umbrella) and by the time i got home everything in my bag was soaked (computer, papers, etc.). i think you guys have a great product, and i really support your mission.....just a couple ideas for improvement or clarification in your product descriptions. thanks!

I liked this bag but the straps are actively bad: too short and they feel cheap. Nice otherwise, but I almost want to take it somewhere to replace the straps.
