Overall the materials used to make the backpack are great. Feel sturdy and well built. The things I didn't like about the backpack are these: The way the top handles are positioned, if they are snapped together, it makes it difficult to unzip the top. If they position the handle behind the zipper line instead of the front that could fix that issue where you don't have to snap and unsnap the handle. The second issue is the zipper lining that hides the zippers, this makes it difficult to zip/unzip. I tried to love the backpack but these details didn't make it my go to backpack.

I'm very disappointed with the price and the support. For example, I sent you a message on September 19th asking you if I had to pay the 85 euros customs duties and you never answered me. UPS came without telling me and I had to send them again the next day to give me time to pay these taxes online. The shipping experience is not great.
