High quality masks unfortunately didn’t fit

I don’t want to leave an overly negative review, because the shopping and shipping experience was superb. I made a calculated gamble based on the ad photos and thought the masks would be big enough to fit my oversized head (I’m 6’4” and wear a size 8 fitted baseball cap for context). Sadly, they did not fit me well, so I gave them to my wife, who likes them quite a bit! I heartily recommend this brand for people with average-sized heads/faces!

Well made and organized!

I really like this backpack. It's got several pockets for easy organization -- I especially like the padded laptop pocket and the top pouch for sunglasses, keys, etc. I'm 5'7" and got the larger size, which I would definitely recommend, particularly if you use the water bottle holder regularly since that takes up room in the main compartment. Even in the larger size it's still smaller than backpacks I'm used to! One drawback is the weight. Very well made and feels sturdy, but it's definitely a heavy backpack. The second is the difficulty in opening the largest compartment. The fabric overlay makes it difficult, but I'm hoping it will loosen up a bit with time. Overall I like it and am glad I bought it for my everyday commute!

The design of the back

The design of the back pack is nice, my MacBook Pro fits! However the material is more sturdy than luxe. Maybe in the future you can offer some options in different materials and more colors..

Professional looking backpack

It's a good looking bag with a simple and practical design but with a few flaws. Handles are too large and stick out too much. The material looks rough and gathers dirt. I think back straps should've been made wider to provide more support.

Great!!

This backpack is awesome! The design is useful and I love that the extra material on the straps doesn’t flap around. The only negative is that there is a crunchy/crinkling noise that comes from the top of the backpack where the straps attach. Personally I find it very distracting but others might not. Overall it was a great purchase.
