Day Owl has always been about people helping people. Nina Wilson has been incredibly helpful in tracking my order when UPS didn't seem to be displaying any new updates. Furthermore, when it was discovered there was some confusion causing the incorrect backpack to be sent, Ms. Wilson expedited the shipping of the replacement right away. More than the bag, customer service like Nina Wilson will make me a fan of the company more than anything. Keep up the great work!!

Giving this to a relative for birthday -- more than I would usually spend, but you did such a great job handling things for the Covid-19 that I really wanted to buy it from you.

Ordered light grey, small backpack. I love all the pockets, especially the neoprene beverage pocket and the top pocket for easy access to my wallet. The size is great, I can fit all my every day items and there is room for more! I do wish the straps were a little more padded but it is not horribly uncomfortable. I love the light grey color but I regret not ordering the pink - the only reason I didn't order pink was because I was afraid I would get it dirty. Maybe if I receive an awesome coupon I will order a 2nd one in the pink ;-) Overall, a really great backpack. It holds A LOT of stuff but still looks sleek, not bulky at all. I have already recommended to others.

To be honest, I wasn’t sure how much I was going to like this backpack. I had gone through several backpacks over the course of a few months trying to find the perfect one. I stumbled across a DayOwl ad on the Instagram feed (they work!) and checked out as much info about them as I could find. By previous bags had been too tech-centric (organization-station). Now, I’m an extremely organized person, so I was a bit weary of going to this type of bag. But honestly, it’s perfect! The size is great (I went for the large), and materials are great, and the fit and finish is great. Not to mention, it’s made of completely recycled material. I’m trying to convince my girlfriend to get a small one now!

I LOVE this backpack and can't believe I waited so long to get it. The small size ended up being perfect for my needs and body type (I'm 5'5") but I imagine people who want to haul a little more gear or use it for an overnight would want the large. Sometimes I wish there was a handle on the side so it was easy to grab as I swing it off my back, but mostly I have zero complaints. The design is amazing (I'm obsessed with the top pocket and water bottle pocket!) and the quality seems great. Just do it!
