Got this bag for my commute - I wanted it to be somewhat professional looking, not sporty, and slightly girly. I LOVE IT. The fact that it holds its shape no matter how much you stuff it, keeps it looking classy. I love that the straps have no dangly straps, love the handles and pocket on the top, the front pocket is super functional and the material is sooo nice and sturdy. My only complaint is the inside storage (two flat pockets) is kind of useless. You can use it for things like pens but not much else.
