My sunglasses arrived just a few days after I ordered. I ordered two pair of Maestro sunglasses and both pair had quality issues (chip, gouge, minor scratches on the frames. I called customer service and was told to send an email with pictures of the issues. Within two hours of my email they sent me the same two pairs of sunglasses. They told me not to worry about sending the imperfect pairs back. I'm satisfied with the replacement sunglasses and how the company addressed my issue. I love the style and can't wait to wear them on my upcoming vacation.
