Easy Order, tracking from USPS was odd but that's USPS... I love the Frames the lenses seem a little light, but I like them.

I purchased the Disney limited edition Born to Play prescription glasses that clearly states they come with the special case. The glasses are great I love them but it took quite a long time to arrive and I did not get the special case just a black one. I inquired thru the chat and after waiting over an hour for a response was told they are out! Ok so then how about an upgrade to a matching one then like the glitter one in teal to match glasses or a sac du soleil in green??? This lack Of caring makes me wonder if I will return. Was very disappointed in customer service as they were rude when I have chatted before. I do have several of the sunglasses I do love them but the customer service and lack of attention to detail is very disappointing.

Packaging is awesome, it protects the glasses great. Selection is good. And service is great.
