Still have not yet received the order

I ordered 2 hoodies and they both came with holes in the pockets (pouch) on the front of sweatshirt. I tried taking a picture but doesn’t come out clearly bc it is black.

Placed order over 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. Customer service offered to help locate my order, but still have not heard back.

Ordered Sept 5, got a notification saying it was going to be delivered Oct 23, did not get delivered until Oct 26 (day after tournament). The delivery on Oct 26 was only a portion of my order, the remaining items were sent to a coach (without my consent) and that was not received until November 1. I contacted customer support and never heard from anyone, terrible service.

After waiting several months for our teams uniform my son was one of three people who actually received it two days before the tournament. So the team had to wear there old ones. Additionally, we are still waiting on my wife’s shirt that was not shipped with the order.
