Very slow production, items had missing logos, and products are falling apart after couple months
After being hired as a new head coach I instantly was trying to buy what I could to represent the team. I was given the blatant link and saw all the different things the offered and ordered a bunch of gear. I also instructed my other coaches to do the same. The advertised 10-14 day delivery would be perfect as I had coaches and parents meetings happening soon after. Got confirmation, card was charged, and then I waited. 14 days passed, hmmm, maybe it's business days, ok waited 21 days... nothing. Emailed customer service got a stock response(all my other coaches got the same email verbatim) telling me it would be a little longer since we had a new logo. Waited another 2 weeks still nothing. Finally got a shipping notice, stuff got delivered and we immediately noticed that the name of our sport was missing from the logo on some items; all proofs and images on the store had it. Emailed customer service and new items were shipped. By this point I had to wear generic school colors to meetings with parents and administrators. Even after everything was delivered we noticed that the quality was sub par. The stitching on the sweatpants started to come undone at the crotch and pockets after less than a month; the screen printing on the shirts has already started to crack and peel after a few washes.
Overall my experience was so poor that I stopped our team's admins from setting up a team order and went with an other company who was able to deliver sooner than Blatant even though there was a global pandemic. We won't be using Blatant again.
