Really appreciate the sustainability story behind them too.

Love the all birds but they run smaller than actual size. I am a pure size 9. Never have issues until now. I’m hoping they stretch a bit. But with a thin sock they are tight. The product is otherwise outstanding but I’d be curious how many others have the same issue. Your brand appears incredibly well created and your customer service solid. I’d be careful with customer experience if a large percentage of people experience the same sizing issue.

I ordered a pair of size 12, but they were really tight, so I used the free return and ordered a size 13 instead. This fits closer to what most 12s fit on me. I like the fit and the shoes are very comfortable. I wore them around the house and often forgot I had them on. I'm still getting used to walking in them. The soles are quite thin and flexible, which gives a feeling closer to not having shoes on. They have so far kept my feet warm on a cool, rainy winter day, and I have washed off the soles without fear of getting the wool wet. Time will tell if having no arch support will be better for me or worse, but I like the idea of a more natural stride with the thin, flexible sole. My only other concern is how quickly this flexible sole will wear out.

Had to return for an exchange for a bigger size. I'm a 8.5 you said to downsize if it was the case I did but when it got there it was to small very comfortable soft and light but way to small. I called and return it for an exchange. Costumer service was fast, very helpful, nice and on top of their knowledge.

The shoes arrived amazingly quickly; about 48 hours after ordering. I was just stepping out the door to start a 20-hour journey involving airports, plane, train and taxi rides. Impulsively, I took them out of the box and decided to use the trip to test them. The fit was perfect - neither tight now loose. I wear size 13 court shoes and had ordered the Allbirds in the same size. They were airy and light on my feet so much so that I kept them on through about 16 hours of flight (for comfort, I typically take off my shoes on long flight). The long trudges through airports and hotel lounges were also entirely comfortable. These shoes are definitely as comfortable as advertised. They're not my prettiest footwear. I thought they were more kludgy in the flesh than in the adverts but I can live with that.
