I have arthritis in my feet, so comfy shoes are hard to find. I loved the look of these (and they are Canadian!) so I bought some Tree Skippers and they felt great as soon as I put them on. HOWEVER, I found after a half an hour that the wool insoles had caused my feet to turn red and hot. I seem to have a strong sensitivity to wool. I'm sad because I like some of the black slip-on designs that are only available in all-wool. I had been planning to buy some, so I hope Allbirds addresses this problem for sensitive feet and provides an option for ALL of its nice designs (and in black!) to be available in the non-wool format, and also includes a non-wool insole option-- I would definitely buy more in that case. I switched out the wool insoles, and now all is fine with my Allbirds. I had an exchange with customer service about it on Facebook and they were great and very responsive.

Love the shoe itself. Wore it once so far. Looks great and comfortable too. Shipping had hiccups. Got confirmation ofmy order with the accurate address. But the label printed did not have the full address. That said Customer Care was responsive and worked to get me my order soon as possible.

These look super nice and they are fairly comfy but I can’t find a size that fits just right - I really wish they had half sizes. Also, shipping back and forth with purolator sucks in my city (so far away). I probably won’t order these again given the fit and price.
