After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go ahead and order 2 pairs of Allbirds (wool sneakers and tree loafers). There’s free shipping and free returns, so there’s no real risk. They arrived several days sooner than expected. Pros- my feet feel like they’re completely wrapped in the softest clouds, yet supportive enough to walk around all day in with no pain. I can wear them with jeans, leggings, any casual outfit. Someone told me they make my feet look small! Cons- they fit small. Normally I wear a 7.5-8, so I bought them in an 8 and my toes are a little squished right at the end. Toe bumps are quite visible. My heels slip up and down easily when I’m walking (it’s almost as if the heel bed in the shoe is too high) but I did get used to that pretty quickly, I don’t even notice it anymore. Overall, I love both of my Allbirds and won’t be returning either of them!

Excellent service

I normally always wear a 7 and got a size 7 for Christmas, while they felt like the fit my heel slipped out and was very irritating. So I returned them. Their costumer service was awesome and very easy to return. I sized down, to a size 6. While one heel still slid up at first after wearing them for a few weeks now they are much more comfortable with no heel sliding.

Customer service is excellent. Comfy shoes and warm.
