On balance, a good product. Heel cup is a bit low but hoping it will break in. Chose the smaller size as per the web site with modest results. A bit too small. Comfort is excellent and l believe quality is also excellent

My Allbirds experience was a bit like Goldilocks. One size was too big, the other too small. If only there had been a half size they would have been just right! The shoes were fantastic, well made, comfortable had they fit...alas. My customer service experience was 5 star. The return process was quick, easy and the communication excellent. I’d recommend them if you are a full size.

Love the shoes but size was a problem. I am usually an 8 but needed to go up a size. Fit little big but are still comfortable. Very easy to exchange no questions asked and quickly. Would recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the Tree Skippers. They are very comfortable. I will be ordering more in different colors. Excellent online ordering and delivery within 3 days to Canada
