I ordered over 700 pounds worth of items, they were supposed to arrive more than two weeks back. My credit card has been charged, the items have not been delivered and there is an automated response if you email customer service.

still waiting for my refund to go into my bank account. Over 2 weeks,

Paid £9.95 to get next day delivery - didn’t arrive for a week - by which time I was on holiday - will now need to return everything and the whole experience has cost me £9.95 with nothing to show for it. Repeatedly tried to email and call and did not receive a response until I was on holiday

Took a very long time for the items to be shipped. Plus I also edited for a reply to my email. The bikini was lovely but the 2 play suits did not look like the photo on the website and the fabrics were very thin and they did not fit to size so I have returned them. I do hope that my refund does not take as long as the order took to arrive.

Never dealing with this company ever again. I have been waiting 4 months for my products
